We are an integrated manufacturing and trading company specializing in R&D, production, sales, and export services. With a complete production system and professional international trade team, we provide reliable one-stop solutions for global customers.
Our company consists of independent Trade and Production Departments. The Trade Department includes 12 professional international sales representatives, 6 order coordinators, and 2 documentation specialists, responsible for customer communication, order follow-up, export documentation, and international trade services.
The Production Department includes 4 product engineers, 2 technical R&D specialists, 60 factory workers, 4 warehouse managers, and 4 logistics and support staff, responsible for product development, manufacturing, quality control, and warehouse management.
What certifications can you provide for exported products?
Our products comply with major international standards, including CE certification, ISO quality management system certification, EN ISO 1461 hot-dip galvanizing standard, ASTM standards in the United States, and AS/NZS standards in Australia.
We can also provide customized documents such as material test reports and factory inspection reports to meet customs clearance requirements and project bidding requirements in different countries.
Do you support product customization?
Yes. Customization is one of our core advantages.
We can customize product dimensions, wire diameter, mesh size, surface treatment, colors, load capacity, and structural designs according to customer drawings, project requirements, and local application conditions.
Customized solutions are available for a wide range of products, including non-standard temporary fences, vineyard trellis systems, heavy-duty steel grating, and other metal products.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible minimum order quantities.
Standard temporary fences, regular wire mesh products, and other stock items support small trial orders. Customized products also have flexible MOQ requirements.
For large engineering projects, we can provide special bulk order discounts to help customers reduce purchasing costs and expand their markets.
Can you provide free samples?
Yes. We can provide free samples for customers to check product quality and specifications. Customers only need to cover the international shipping cost of the samples.
After placing a formal bulk order, the sample shipping cost can be deducted from the total order amount to help reduce purchasing expenses.
What is the production lead time?
For standard stock products, delivery can usually be arranged within 3–7 working days.
For regular customized orders, the production time is approximately 7–15 working days.
For large engineering projects and special customized products, the production period is generally 15–25 working days.
Before placing an order, we will confirm the exact delivery schedule with customers and strictly follow the agreed production timeline.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support various international payment methods, including T/T (bank transfer), sight letter of credit (L/C), Western Union, and other commonly used payment channels.
For long-term cooperation customers, we can provide flexible payment solutions to ensure transaction security and convenience for both parties.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We implement strict quality control throughout the entire production process, from raw material purchasing and manufacturing to final packaging.
Before shipment, all products undergo strict inspections, including tensile testing, corrosion resistance testing, and load-bearing testing. We also support third-party inspections from internationally recognized testing organizations and can provide complete quality inspection reports.
During production, we provide customers with step-by-step inspection photos, production videos, and quality reports at each manufacturing stage, allowing customers to monitor production progress and product quality throughout the entire process.
Do you have export experience?
Yes. Our international trade department has more than 16 years of export experience.
Our products have been exported to Europe, America, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and many other countries and regions.
We understand international market standards, customs clearance requirements, and project application needs, allowing us to provide compliant products suitable for different markets.
Can you provide professional project solutions?
Yes. With more than 20 years of industry experience, our professional technical team can provide customized product recommendations and structural solutions based on different application scenarios, including construction sites, farms, vineyards, municipal projects, industrial platforms, and more.
We provide free consultation to help customers select cost-effective products and optimized solutions. If required, our technical team can also visit project sites for communication and provide professional project support.
Are installation accessories included with your products?
Yes. We provide complete installation accessories, including bolts, nuts, clamps, bases, fixing brackets, connectors, and other necessary components.
According to different product types and application requirements, we match suitable standard accessories and provide complete accessory packages, eliminating the need for customers to purchase additional components separately.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes. We provide professional installation support.
Each shipment includes an English paper installation manual. We can also provide electronic installation videos, step-by-step illustrated guides, and online remote installation assistance.
For large-scale projects, we can arrange technical personnel to provide overseas on-site installation guidance according to customer requirements.
How are your products packaged and shipped?
We use professional packaging methods according to different product characteristics to ensure safe transportation.
Metal fence panels and wire mesh products are usually packed with steel pallets, bundling, or protective packaging. Steel grating products are generally secured with steel strips.
All products receive proper protection before shipment to minimize potential damage during long-distance transportation.
How do you ensure products will not be damaged during transportation?
Before shipment, all products undergo quality inspections and are packed with suitable protective measures.
Depending on product characteristics, we use methods such as bundling, fixing, and moisture protection to reduce the risk of damage during transportation and ensure products arrive safely at the destination.
What after-sales services do you provide?
